Generally very good. However, watch the final charge. An undisclosed fee is charged for payment online by credit card, even though the money is taken immediately. In my case just under a month before commencement of my policy. Not a great amount, around £1.50. Just annoying more than anything. I hope that their penny pinching will not be carried through should I ever have to make a claim!
