You requested a company letter stating that I had never claimed or been in an accident with my company car for 20 years. The letter was sent by my company. I then received a letter dated 17th Jan from you stating that without this confirmation before 30th Jan I would have to pay £304.54 extra. I phoned and you agreed you had actually had the company letter but decided I could not claim a NCB because other company employees were allowed to drive the car. I fail to see the relevance of this. By this time of course you had my money and if I cancelled it would cost me £38 for 5 days insurance. I cancelled but feel cheated because if I had had an accident during this short insurance period you obviously would not have paid. My insurance started on the 14th Jan and was cancelled on the 19th. I feel entitled to my money back for this five days.
