Overall I have been satisfied with the service provided by DD.
On my latest visit there were two things I wasn't too happy about. The first was that the breakdown cover wasn't mentioned on the policy documents but it was mentioned on the summary.
The second was that I couldn't transfer my existing policy to a new car I am buying - I had to take out a new policy for the new car and cancel the old policy which I think I may be charged a cancellation fee for which I think would be unfair.
