Firstly it is not an overseas call centre (I have had bad experiences of these before). The price was the first incentive to look at what was on offer and that was very comprehensive. All I would choose, from RAC recovery to overseas insurance which I have had to previously paid per visit. Added to which, to back up the internet detail, staff just a phone call away were able to answer my questions - sorted!
