I liked the ease of sorting my insurance on line but thought it was a bit OTT receiving a phone call almost immediately afterwards to confirm everything, if I had wanted to speak to someone to sort it for me I would have called the phone number instead. I cannot see the point of offering more than one way to sort out my insurance then immediately do something different.
