I HATE this insurance company with a passion they are lazy and lie to customers. You are expected to do EVERYTHING whicht they should be doing like chasing the other side in a claim or even contacting your old insurance company.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM the stress they have brought upon me is not worth the low rate
