i have been with collingwood learners for 7months they asked for my provisional at the 6months 2 weeks later i got a phone call asking for my driving instructor contact number i didnt have it aint had then i said i will call back in half hour when i had the number i called them back spoke to some man and gave him the number and he said everything was okai received a phone call this morning from the manger saying your insurance is being canceled as you have not given the driving instructor... avoid this company they have no customer service the insurance you buy is cheap but worthless. they do not keep you informed or up to date on your policy. (read more)

i have been a customer with collingwood for 18 months i would only say never go near them i am learning to drive and had there insurance when they asked to see my licence which they do every 6 months you have to check the small print to see this they phoned my mobile and asked me lots of questions and made me feel like a criminal i was very upset with this after 2 weeks i recieved and email saying they were cancelling my policy and when i tried to take out a new policy because they cancelled... “Collingwood Insurance ROBBED me off my money”

TO whom it may concern It was Only 8 or 9 days that I bought my insurance from this company. When I got the cheap quotation which was where I got trapped my friend suggested me not to go ahead with Collingwood as he had some bad experience with their policy wording and unpredictable rights to cancel the policy and make no refund. communication - TERRIBLE policy wording - TERRIBLE cover. took my partner out for tuition she was feeling tierd so I drove home, on my way back I was stopped by police.. outcome: car impounded, £1000 fine 6 points £200 to get car back...insurance cancelled wording of policy: Insured to drive: **policy holder** any driver providing he/she holds a licence for such vehicle. long story short.. police phoned them they denied having wording like that on policy and cancelled which left...
