The Co-operative young driver insurance offered the best deal we could find, saving us a good amount of money. However, what a pain in the backside they've been. Constantly requesting proof of address documents and threatening to cancel insurance if they don't receive them (despite the fact these documents have been sent and confirmed as received so many times). The money saved in insurance had probably been spent on the amount of phone calls we've had to make arguing over their mistakes. Avoid this company if you can because I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall.
