Co-op has been the worst mistake i've ever made. I tried to cancel my policy with them after 3 months of complete nightmare, asking me for the same documents over and over, ignoring my emails, being unacceptable rude and helpless on the phone...

They never sent me my deposit back as they said and they still send me the same email over and over! I received it 6 times over 2 weeks, and i'm not even their customer anymore, I wish i never got my policy with them
