no problems & gets cheaper

maybe its only people who have something to get off their chests that write reveiws (hence all the bad ones),i have been with the coop for 3 years now and my premiums go down each year, unlike other companys that i have used that have tried to increase the premiums.i have phoned them on numerous occasions to change details without any problems,yes you get charged for the pleasure of doing this but most insurance companies charge a fee for this.i have only been driving for 5 years and only pay £24 a month which i think is reasonable taking into account my car is parked on the road.i had my windscreen repaired after some fool came tearing past me on a road that was still being resurfaced at the time and sprayed my window with gravel resulting in chipped glass which was done no questions asked.i cannot comment on making a serious claim as i have not had the need to do this and hopefully wont need to.i have always found staff to be helpfull on the phone and will be renewing with them this year if they keep the qoute at the right price
