I made insurance with the young driver cooperative with this new car i bought.. as i wait for the log book to arrive from the dvla it took a while to arrive and they decide to cancel it for me due to not receiving the log book which i dont have nor have control of.. they also charge me 120 pounds for the cancellation fee. however the log book arrives three days later.

i then send a complaint and get nothing out of it..

then i make another insurance policy with them..they take my money and cancel it again due to me having four insurance policies with them in this year... and guess what????????? another 120 POUNDS FEE?!!!
