“PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE”

If you wan't to be driven to dementia then this company will do the job. Any attempt to contact them by phone is painful. Firstly there is the long long wait for your call to be transferred from an inane automated system which keeps you on hold on a rip off 0845 number. Then there is the intelligence insulting speel you have to listen to from the operator who must go through every attempt to sell you extras you do not want or need.
In the event of you having an accident and making a claim be prepared for the most incompetent level of service imaginable.
They fail to carryout even the most basic tasks without making a complete mess of things. They promise to call you back and update you time and time again but never do.
You have to phone them time and time again, going through the long, laborious, time consuming process every time, just to try and get them to do what they have previously promised they will do.
THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, USELESS AND AN INSULT TO MODERN BUSINESS.
