Their only point of contact (No e-mail or direct dial number is ever quoted on correspondence) is a premium rate number.
They cancelled my policy 3 times after requesting copies of v6/ drivers licence which I returned in their prepaid 2nd class envelope. They subsequently claim not to have received it!!! £670 cash paid upfront and received refund of £230 after policy had run 12 weeks!!!
Do not go any where near them. Scam re. phones cancellation fees.
