“Rip off”

I had my car insured with them for last 3 months, when i called them to cancel the policy they charged me 70% on rest whole year premium..... cant imagin. i have been using different insurance companies over past few years but no one has ever done this.

I have used Cooperative car insurance and they really do rip people of. Believe me because I am a customer just like you. They charge you unnecessary fines which can be resolved through questioning and answering. Also their customers service people/ installation works are very rude and not committed to help you. As well as, considering they do not take your views (complaints) into account. Maybe one day Cooperative will get their act together but for now I will look elsewhere, somewhere cheaper and preferably reliable.
