just got a 50 pound charge for trying to take 2 payments in one mouth , the frist year i was with them it was great , the second year i was with them i had touble getting my renewal pack . so was unable to take my car . this year i get no renewal letters or anything they tried to take money out of my bank and i still have not got my renewal pack and i need to tax my car again , but still taking payments out of my bank . rang up customer ser and that was a waste of time .....................the only one thing i can say never use them
