Customer Services at this company are rubbish when it comes to anything
other than taking money from you. Fob you off with (come back to you) over and over again, but they dont.My grandson has spent over £290and we cant get a simple answer to a couple of questions from them. Thought it was good idea at the time,safety and all,wish we had used one of the other company's that offer similar scheme and are rated far higher than 1.5 stars out of 5. Say's it all really! Would have reccommended 2 weeks ago
before spending so much time on the phone getting nowhere

woow I jut bought car insurance from co operative and just after I paid £903 for my year insurance they say is no co operative but any ecoinsurence insurance co operative is just label ??? so hopefully I will ok I see your bar experience so now I am confused even more....

Update to"Take your money very quickly,.......
The cost of ins should read £2900, still no joy 2weeks been waiting ,each time I ring get fobbed of with all sorts of exuses but no answers,was told yesterday by someone who installs smartbox, that Customer Services
are a contracted Call Centre not CIS. and everyone complains about them to him.

Thats because their customer service works do not want to help. All their waiting for is there next tea break and commission on how much money they could con everyday.
