granted once you actually get a human being on the other end of the phone "some" can be rather helpful and actually try and sort your query out for you. But getting through to these people is more or less impossible as there are way to many hurdles to get through first (automated options) in the end i just press any random number on my phone to get through to someone and they pass me to the department i need to be at, im sure everyone does this. yes they are designed to filter people to various departments but Co ops does not work and after being with this company for a few years its really starting to cheese me off.
this and alot more issues which i cannot be bothered to type up have really put me off staying with Co-op this year and i will look somewhere else where they are not snatching money of you here and there.
