NEVER AGAIN!

Awful customer service, tryed to make a claim which i cancelled, the reason someone drove into my parked car, they tryed having my excess fee off me within 2 hours of putting claim in with no idea wether this woman was going to admit to it. so though no fault of my own they wanted me to pay without even looking into the case. i was passed from person to person by them. i had someone answing the phone swearing at me then they tryed to tell me it was nothing to do with them and it was a break down service which they had passed me over to, and told me to ring them to make a complaint! Made things very difficult for me and were not good at all! this has caused no end of stress for me and my family. Professinal?! con artists more like! 3 phone calls to them and i didnt get anywhere! They conned me into having the insurance in the first place, as for 3 years i was a named driver with them on someone elses insurance which they promised i would build up my no claims. When tryig to use my no claims to get other insurance quotes i couldnt as they failed to mention i had to be with them a year on my own at a sky high price! I would advise anyone thinking of going with them because they have a cheap quote not because when it comes down to having to use them for there purpose they show there true colours!
