Someone ran into the back of me. Made my first ever claim. Had to pay repairer the £100 excess plus another £100 excess that I didn't know about or agree to. Their agents wanted an open credit or debit card before I could have a hire car for the period of repair. Letters of complaint are ignored. Letters to the CEO are ignored, emails are ignored.
