Been waiting 2 years for churchill to sort my claim following a hit and run on the motorway by a kitty, I know the nationality of the driver following the police investigation, yet apparently the Lordy was in the depot! Yes I don't understand that logic either, and to say they don't care is an understatement especially as they have now dropped the case even following the above point I have mentioned.
Finally don't expect any updated through letter email text of phone, as you won't get one, I have had to phone up constantly for updates as the company is pathetically useless!!!
