I was driving along minding my own business when another car started overtaking a few parked cars and damaged my car. The man said he was sorry and should have waited until the road was clear.
Pretty straightforward you may think but Churchill say it is 50% my fault! No matter how many times I have explained to them what happened they won't change their minds.
Trying the Financial Ombudsman now. Do not touch this company if you want to claim.Had car, breakdown, house and contents with them not anymore!
