The process was easy and the price was the best that I could find on the comparison web site in the end I saved £400 for my car insurance compared to my present company and they was quite cheap compared to what other companies was quoting. The market has gone crazy with the quotes that I found when you try to get a like for like policy. It will be interesting what price is quoted next year.

I have just renewed my car insurance with Geoffrey Insurance as it was the cheapest on the market, after my current insurance company hiked up my renewal by an extortionate amount. It was simple & hassle-free to sign-up & everything was explained clearly before purchase. I was glad to see a phone number available in the event you may need to speak directly to an agent, always handy. Can't comment on what they're like if you have to make a claim (hoping I will never need to). Thank you for making the process straightforward.

Very competitive prices I must say...easy to access everything needed clearly stated instructions. Highly recommend which I have done to my cousin and she took out same day, well pleased with her quote.

Very easy to navigate around the website, and I’m not techno savvy at all. It was all step by step explained , very reasonably priced extras. Registered for my anccout straight away and printed my insurance certificate off straight away. And would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car insurance.

Having been loyal to another broker for ten years, I felt extremely frustrated when I was given only two days notice that the "family fleet insurance" I had held for that time had been discontinued. No alternatives were offered. I found "Geoffrey" on "Money Supermarket" (a last resort) after looking at other comparison sites. The whole process has been extremely easy. I am particularly impressed that I can access my Insurance online to make changes, etc rather than having to phone. Also, no £100 "arrangement fee" as charged by my previous broker is a definite bonus! Very impressed with "Geoffrey" so far.

After a few points of clarification was most proficient in completing our purchase. The cover offered was superior to any we found elsewhere on the market.

Took out a policy with Geoffrey because I just got my current insurers renewal that wanted to increase my premium by £300 for no reason other than greed, so tried Geoffrey and they beat the renewal price by over £400 even beating what my current premium costs so therefore it was a no brainer to take out there policy so glad there are decent insurers out there deffinately recommend anyone coming up for renewal or taking out insurance to try Geoffrey first

I feel outraged, betrayed, deceived and humiliated by Geoffrey insurance company. My car insurance Starting day 13th March 2024 and I have paid for the year. I had a bad memory of the years of no claim bonus so I called the Geoffrey insurance company to change the 7 years to 8 years of no claim bonus on 28th March 2024. The man at the customer service was helpful and then told me that I have to pay an extra £498.63. I was shocked. The amount for a simple modification was unbelievable to me. I called customer service again about the amount. The lady also said that more years of no claim bonus entails a higher sum assured. I looked at the certificate of motor insurance and I was surprised to see that I have a brand new insurance starting today on 28th March 2024. I have to pay an Amendment Fee £25 and Initial Premium £473.63 In the previous 8 years, other modifications had been carried out at the insurance companies did not cost such enormous sums, and they did not start insurance with a new date. They did a new insurance for a lot of money but I thought I only had to pay a handling fee for the change. I feel cheated by Geoffrey. There is also a problem with the website. The chat Agent wrote that "Your proof of no claims can be sent to us in one of the following ways: By uploading this via My Account online". But there is no such option and cannot be uploaded in My Account. And I sent my proof of no claims. My previous insurers provided me with sufficient information in all cases by email. Geoffrey's emails contain poor information. Geoffrey is a very bad insurer, I do not recommend anyone!!

Setting up the policy was simple paying the money was simple but getting missed information on to the policy was impossible so I will not be taking a policy out with the company . . .and because I phoned to say there was information missing on my policy they would charge me £25.00 .. . NOT GOOD COSTOMER SERVICE

Geoffrey Insurance quote came in £200 cheaper than my renewal with my previous insurer of 10+years, I hope we have a good experience and many years of future business, the only issue I had while taking out the insurance was the automated payment system wouldn't accept my card, so after speaking to a Representative the payment went straight through.

Easy to book a policy online and all documents e-mailed immediately. The layout and contents of the documents was very good with lots of details and laid out well. i had cause to make a small amendment to my policy and I used the "online chat" facility to do so. Impressively a live agent was speaking to me with hardly any delay and made the change with no hassle. Very impressed with the service from Geoffrey Insurance so farand premium was very competitive.

A lot cheaper than my existing company, with a lot more benefits with the policy.

I am very happy with the amount I can pay on a monthly basis, which includes protection for my no claims bonus. I would definitely recommend Geoffrey Insurance to my friends and family. There was nothing I didn't like about the whole process of setting up my new policy. Many thanks.

Good value for car insurance, and good people to deal with.

I was very disappointed that when I changed to my private registration plate in the first couple of days, my insurance went up in price by a considerable amount over the year. I have never experienced this before as private plates should not be considered a modification. I feel like I have been ripped off .
