Having just returned from holiday I found that you had not received my NCB from my previous insurers.I immediately phoned and spoke to an advisor.
Having been heavily involved with the recruitment of service industry personnel, I have to tell you that this man's attention to detail and smooth efficient professional attitude needs to be reported to you. He dealt well with my problems and I can only state that I wish he was one of my employees as he is a credit to both your company and it's training systems.
In this climate where it is so easy to complain I know how important it is to have positive feedback so I hope he will get a pat on the back for his efforts!!
