My husband needed to change his insurance from a car to a van. The advisor was really helpful, polite and friendly but, after taking all the details, could not complete the transaction and made an extra call to check the reason. He agreed to keep the file open for an extra day so that I didn't have to start from scratch. Next day, I spoke to Joe who was also very helpful.
The call was answered reasonably quickly, I was helped efficiently and felt I'd had a personal service.
