Fabulous service. The customer advisorinterpreted my situation regarding multiple policies very quickly and suggested appropriate solutions to meet my needs. Options were explained to me in an understandable manner and I was talked thought the insurance process clearly. A solution was found to meet my needs at a competitive price. I would highly recommend Chaucer direct based on the excellent customer service that I received today.
