Are you sick of massive insurance companies that are robotic and make it nearly impossible for you to speak to a human being? I was and a couple of years ago decided to take out car insurance with Chaucer and now don’t even bother shopping around because you simply can’t afford to go cheap on customer service! To be honest when I first took out a policy with Chaucer they were the best value for money and I think the second or third cheapest. When it came to renew I spoke with Mark Downs who not only was easy to deal with but we also managed to have a good laugh in the process which is rare in the world of insurance! I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with Mark in the future and would feel extremely confident recommending him and Chaucer to even my most valued contacts.
