“Fab car insurance company!”

My car was bumped by another with Chaucer being their insurance company. Within 24hrs of their notice to Chaucer I received a phone call offering assistance from the company. They could not have been more helpful and courteous and called back when they said they would.
Also, unusually, taken out 2nd yr running for my car insurance with Chaucer: premiums very fair and personable service.
Am impressed with Chaucer in a way that I haven't previously been with ANY car insurance company!
