21 days to send proof of no claims from policy start date
I sent off my original to them and lucky for me a photocopied it first.
policy started on 5/4/12 and they sent me a letter dated 23/4/12 (yes 18 days into the policy) informing me that as they have not received my proof of no claims and will deduct an additional £312.58. have just emailed copy of no claims and have asked them to call me to explain why they have attempted to illegily charge me money i dont owe.
