“worst company avoid ”

i part exchanged my vehicle last friday, and phoned to amend the details. budget will not insure my new vehicle, so i said cancel this policy as i no longer am the keeper, they want a £70 cancellation fee, but they will not insure me so surely they owe me the cancellation fee, appalling i will cancel my direct debit and report them to the ombundsmen.
