Thiefs , not trustworthy, super expensive.

My dad had to pay way much over £200 overall , so that they could take the car from a macclesfield garrage, and bring it home. Are you serious? They have been there in the first evening, without making sure that the place where the car was, was still open, and because the mechanical garrage was closed, they sayd it is our fauld and we had to pay an extra £90 . For what?????? Is it out fault that you did not check before? My parents had to wait there in the second day, for someone from recovery from them to arrive, from 12:00, till around 18:00. Absolutely a disgrace. Paying over £200 monthly for insurance, and they don't do anything, but take all your money away from you. Please people do not make them happy and give them your money for nothing. There are much better insurance companies out there, comparing with this thiefs. I do not like seeing my mother crying, saying she has no money left for the rent, because of some obsessed of money companies.
