Used them for three years - had claims which were sorted quickly. Always someone on the phone who can answer questions. If you have a write off - make sure you don't accept first offer for your car - do some research into how much the same car would be to rebuy on Ebay/AutoTrader and provide them with pictures of the adverts to prove you need to be given more money. I had more money back than I paid for my car in the first place!!

Not renewing this year as they are £150 more expensive than other companies on Confused/Go Compare/Compare the Market.
