Had to hang up as I couldnt understand foreign agent and he couldnt understand it was a new car. I phoned back and spoke to another foreign person but she understood what I wanted. Next thing was they took wrong amount from my bank account. I phone and they said it was wrong but there was a $40 charge for changing the car details that they dont have to tell us about. A week later Im still waiting on the credit and a full statement of the charges. One thing for sure is we wont be using them again.
