got a quote from them about £200 paid by debit card in full
had phone call wanting my n.c.b after about six calls got sorted. (so I thought)
after about five weeks received a letter saying my insurance had been cancelled on the 11th of the month letter was dated the 15th I,d been driving with no insurance
phoned them up wanting to know what was going on they said I own them £30
I explained that I had paid in full for the quote given,they checked and agreed I a
was right but said there was nothing they could do because it had been cancelled. they also said they had sent emails to warn me. the only e'mail I received was on the same day as the letter.said they would repay me £116
and had the affront to ask if they could reinsure me QUESS WHAT I TOLD THEM
ps have still not received refund

just phoned them again like they asked me to
just the same replies I had in the first place
so their customer service is a waste of space too don't bother calling waste of a phone call as well

still not received my refund was told it would be seven to fourteen days

to my reckoning that happens to be six weeks and still not heard anything

Well just received a refund from this STS company
27/8/2014 Not £116 that they told me I'd receive but £90.80 out of £262.57 and refused to give next company n.c.b
that's a TOTAL OF £172.37 THE STS HAVE OF SCAMED OFF ME. PLUS ANOTHER £100 FOR N.C.B

I would suggest that you tell BEWISER that you are going to engage the help of the Financial Conducts Authority which will cost them £400 for the privelege. Do it in a recorded Delivery letter and allow them 8 weeks to give a definitive reply.
I had a lucky escape as I was obtaining a quote on their website of £1200, I was called by them offering a massive reduction which was finally less than £300. The call was full of sales pressure and I thought of the saying 'If it seems too good to be true it probably is too good to be true.' I was sent information by e-mail after great insistence as he wanted me to sign up immediately. Needless to say I have insured with another company.
