1 hour and no reply. Had this experience a number of times So bad that myself and my daughter cancelled our polices mid term. I recommend never using this company to anyone asking for reliable insurance companies.

It is impossible to contact them after 5pm even though they say they are open till 8pm. If you are a busy working person(s) avoid this company at all costs.
