My first quotation was 21pound per month now I pay 57.Nobody could explain why.
They are seemed helpful on the phone but received 17 letters within 4 months about a big amount of outstanding balance.Nobody warned me. Nobody told me about that.
None of the worker knows punctual information.
Many times they called me about a problem which was solved already.
Seems to me that "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing".
