I was sent an e-mail three months after selling my car thanking me for renewing my car insurance. I replied twice asking them to cancel it and phoned once where I spoke to a very rude and abrupt woman who wasn't helpful at all when I asked how my policy could be renewed without my permission. I still haven't had a reply and have had to phone my bank and make sure they don't set up a direct debit and take anything from my account. Absolutely rip off artists. Go directly to the company for insurance don't use these guys.
