I telephoned to explain that my wife was terminally ill and I wanted to ensure that her car was insured in my name. They messed everything up cancelling the existing cover and failing to send new cover to me. I pointed out that I could not handle details in the present situation - so refund the sum already taken, make refund against the outstanding period on the original.
They ignore this and continue to send stupid letter to me.
