We used this company for our van which was under my father in laws name. First off they quoted one price on the internet which was excepted, then when the initial payment came out its was £20 more! Numerous phone calls later, apologises and all was refunded. We thought just a one off - how wrong we were. For the past 8 months they have made this same mistake again and again and again. We have had to ring and complain EVERY month and deal with the bank charges from them taking too much money - excuses, excuses each time and it became very stressfull each month wondering if they'd take too much money. We finally cancelled the policy as we sold our van, only to be told that the money they should be refunding would not be awarded as we were cancelling the policy! Now the policy is cancelled and this is the first month we haven't used them. I checked my bank this morning to find they've taken the same WRONG amount again and the policy is CANCELLED! Absolute useless service and now i face dealing with them AGAIN. DO NOT use this company they have caused us nothing but aggro for the past 8 months and put us into debt with bank charges
