The insurance was quoted through a comparison website, I then received a call to confirm all the details were correct, but was unable to complete the purchase at the time as I was unavailable and it was agreed I would be called back but wasn't called. I then completed the purchase a few days later but then found out I had put the incorrect start date, I then phone BG insurance who sorted it all out for me.
