BG Insurance Reviews - barrygraingerinsurance.co.uk Review

This company is run by a clown called Barry. The company states they tried to contact me (via phone) but could not get through to me. Let me tell you something...this little ghoo head is a liar! no-one called me at all! all I received was an email saying they have tried to call me but cant get through so cancelling my policy in 7 days. I know they probably would ask for my no claims proof from my previous insurer so I called up and arranged that and had it prepared. then this morning got anoher letter saying they are cancelling my policy if I don't call them. I called staright away and the pillock of a clown who answred it re-flipping-quoted me! £890 something pounds.....I had already been quoted £576 pounds online which I paid online via credit card! so I don't know which hole this clown was getting this quote and giving it to me for because I simply was not having it. they then requested proof of working documents, bills and god knows what else... birth and marriage certificate?!!!
anyways I told the clown over the phone to cancel my policy as they weren't trustable and he said he would talk it over with his ''manager'' (who I presume is the BIGGER clown or father of all clowns) and then said he will call me back in next few minutes. OBVIOUSLY that didn't happen as they incompetence of even looking for a phone in their 'office' (or what seems to be a shed in their back garden!)
so I called back and a women answered who seemed to be a bit ''drunk'' she put me through the same guy I was speaking to before and he said they will cut out and take an admin fee, cancellation fee and what not! I should have offered them to take abit more and by them selves a phone so they can call their customers back and perhaps all the clowns could buy themselves a BRAIN!?
Ive not received a good insurer experience with them. no customer service and if anything I have GIVEN my time and service to THEM!!

Whatever you do save time, money and hassle and pay that bit extra and go with another company. I booked tis as it was offering me misfuel cover, lost key cover and some exotic premium breakdown c r a p they keep boasting on the comparison website. I have also complained to the comparison website and reported to watchdog and of course consumers direct....there you are barry the clown and his little minnions who sit and wait for customers and send threatening emails and letters....your going to be named and shamed...
