I wanted an online quote, Barry Grainger Insurance Brokers offered me one, in the small print sent 5 days late they say "unless you comply with all their requirement within 30 days you will lose the entire amount paid for the policy and the policy! They also charge £25 to supply your end of term NCB evidence.

And if you make any errors when getting your quote they charge mid-season adjustments, even inside the 14 day cooling off period, even before youve returned the proposal!!!

They also ignore the phone and emails hoping you havent read the small print so you lose your policy money by default, in my case this was over £400.

Speak to Miss Tracy Knight for best results, in the complaints office.

Go to Aviva, much cheaper, better people and they dont try to steel ur money with unfair/insulting small-print.
