Once payment made, there was a slight delay in paperwork being received - but no major issue, as no reason to make a claim during that period.
Required windscreen replacement during policy, where there were delays in getting a call back from windscreen company. Had to chase a few times, but BG helped to move things along. Once windscreen company and I connected then the process was pretty smooth.
The service provided by the windscreen replacer was first class - so happy with BG's choice of supplier in that respect.
For me while this was the best quote - it still feels as if there is room to drive cost down
