I've been with aviva for years but recently found out they make there own insurance groups even though the make and model of my car the group is 12 but after speaking to aviva today I was told its group 31,I asked how they come to this when my car is only a 1 litre they said its down to the under writers of which I said ur under writers have got the groups wrong when 1 the manufacture says its group 12 and yet I've checked with other insurance company's saying it's also group 12 the customer service lady said she was sorry for this but it just makes me wonder how many more people are being over charged for there car insurance when there car is put into the wrong group
