From start to finish the customer service was excellent. I was kept up to date with everything & had a call every couple of days to check in. On the day of the hire the car arrived at the alloted place & time early & the driver was friendly & courteous. Returning the car was also really simple & was followed up by another call to check all had gone smoothly. “Very slow and unresponsive service”

It took Auxillus over 3 weeks to get my car to the bodyshop for repairs. This is after gaining approval for the work to be carried out! I emailed Auxillus twice to find out what was causing the delay and 6 weeks later, I still haven't had a response! I have escalated it with my car insurance provider as Auxillus is a suppler to them. “Terrible slow service, abrasive staff”

I had to use this company after a no fault accident where my vehicle was undrivable. The company left me with no vehicle for days. I was left having to take taxis to and from work, they never contacted me and left me chasing them for updates. They never gave me an indication of how long the process would take, but did promise to contact me the next day, which obviously never happened. I wasn't sure if I needed a courtesy car as I work away a lot so I left the case open. When I actually did need it, I called auxillis and arranged a car to be dropped off at the repair centre at 9am when I was taking my car in. I arrived and saw this Mercedes there and immediately knew it was my car! Sure enough, they had dropped it off about 8:30 ready for me. “Charge you for things that they should charge you for.”

My car came back reasonably fine just a really bad detail which is being sorted however I have had £15 taken from my back for what they call a fuel service charge. When I queried this I was told I left too much fuel in the car when I gave it back and then when I called a second time they explained it is a charge for the fuel in the car so I can drive it straight away. I have checked with other loan car and hire car companies and this is a naughty way to make money. I will be fighting this… Read Full Review

“Ended up with a bent car ”

Was referred to auxilis via elephant insurance. Courtesy car was sorted quickly. However soon as I picked the vehicle up the troubles started. The front end still doesn't line up after numerous attempts by the garage. An 'independent' engineer was assigned to my case although his report was just what the garage had told him. “3 weeks to fix a broken light fitting and a scratch”

I have been told it is likely to take 3 weeks to fix my car - a scratch and a broken light fitting! They blame the garage but the garage are waiting for authorization... They want to make as much money as possible so take as long as possible. I am left with what they call a like for like vehicle - its the same size inside and engine size is .1 bigger. Well i called your so called Customer Service centre as my experience has only got worse since writing this. Promised my car back Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday & now Monday! And this is afyer assuring me you will ask the garage to prioritise my vehicle.
How would you like to have to go to the petrol station 4 days in a row & now have to go again on Monday?
If you had been honest at the beginning, I would have filled up on Tuesday!
But your CS team can just apologise..... apologise for the scrap heap courtesy car & the shocking service.
Always had an easy experience with a non fault accident, I will be changing insurance companies after this!
