Absolutely shocking!!!!! So unprofessional and careless. I was with this company for a year never missed a payment of my direct debits with them and was overall good to them. I wanted too change my address and I asked them how much more it would be monthly. They didn’t answer me for a numerous amount of days and without any notice they cancelled my policy with them because of the New address I wanted and only gave me a weeks notice! This has now effected me getting a new insurance as there the ones who cancelled me. Also because they cancelled me they said no more direct debits would be coming out they have charged me again even though I’m not with them! Absolute joke wouldn’t even reccomend them to my work enemy.

Customer service constantly threatening my daughter on canceling her policy due to numerous emails of proof that they can’t find!! Log book needs to be in her name why? This is not proof of ownership only registered keeper not a legal requirement for insurance Disgusting service do not use!!

Shocking service and flawed business model! I was looking for insurance for my son's first car and used the Meerkats to find AutoSinners. Having proceeded to payment on the website, I was not made aware a black box was involved which was my first concern. I then read the trust pilot reviews on this company and subsequently had reservations about using them, so I decided to cancel. They then requested £180 for the black box which fortunately hadn't yet been fitted plus a £60 cancellation fee. I then had to wait exactly 30 days to get my £1,200 pounds refunded, which is ludicrous, why charge a cancellation fee and then make customers wait that long to get their money back? Imagine I had no other means of paying for alternative car insurance and then had to wait 30 days before I could drive! Anyway, I managed to get the same cover via Hastings Direct with NO black box for only £200 more, which is well worth the peace of mind and hassle free driving. My son is looking forward to an unhindered no claims bonus next year!

Never told at start of premium that changes would be made to purchasing additional miles, which I've disputed is a breach of contract which I have contacted trading standards about. Now means an extra 1000 miles could cost up to £250. Already pay ridiculous amounts for my premium each month and now I have to pay even more on top just to m car whilst worrying constantly about exceeding mileage. Also claimed I had driving convictions and a modified car listed on my premium when I don't have either. Definitely wouldn't recommend! Steer clear!

Purchased young drivers insurance policy for my son - reasonable premium. Then added myself as additional named driver - they charged £60 admin fee in addition to the new premium, refused to justify the charge - terrible customer service and negative attitude. They attract customers with cheap premiums, then slap on the extras and admin fees. Avoid.

The agent on the phone was very clear and concise and very helpful. I have already passed details to other new drivers about your policy. It was quick and easy to arrange although the scripting is rather lengthy but I suppose necessary. I like that the insurance comes with a black box which is also peace of mind for me that my daughter knows her driving is being monitored still.

My daughter, a new driver and poor student used this company as I wanted the safety of telematics. As with most insurers the small print of additions "fees" needs to be understood. This particular company it seems are acutely overpriced and greedy. These disgusting bottom feeders prey on the vulnerable new drivers and the policy ends up costing far more than you may think. 10% of the policy to cancel is quite disgraceful and unjust. Steer clear.

The customer service is dreadful. Every time I called something different was said. They wouldn't back me in a claim that wasn't my fault, someone reversed into me while I was standstill clearly not my fault but still wouldn't back me. Told me I had to claim on my insurance. All they want is money off young drivers who are unsure of the system. Disgusting. Would not recommend!!!

I work in insurance myself and I can hand on heart say this company is dreadful save one employee working in the customer service department. He has never failed to go out of his way to assist me in my endeavours every single time. Were it not for him, I would take my business elsewhere within the blink of an eye. I refused to have to be put through such terrible service and will only speak with him.

I would not recommend this company when insuring your vehicle. My daughter insured her new car 3 weeks ago on a learners licence. The cost was very reasonable at £380.00 she then received a letter yesterday demanding a further £226.00 because she put the incorrect date that her licence was issued. She initially put April 2014 but should have put November 2103. She has never had insurance before and never driven a car so how by holding a licence for an additional 4 x months can cost £226.00 extra? She cancelled and will now insure with a more expensive company but more professional and trustworthy.

Cheapest quote given on several comparison sites but when we rang to take out cover it cost an extra £180 but after I told them I didn't mind a little extra they knocked £95 off. Youhave extra excess because it was a young driver which wasn't mentioned on the online quote but for an extra cost could pay to take off all excess. Still cheapest quite so had to take out for our new driver daughter who just wanted to get on the road in her fiat 500. All in all it was cheapest price but could do with more explanation on the quote page online and stick to price given online

I have been helping my son with his first insurance for his first car, Autosaint staff have always been very polite, pleasant but most of all HELPFUL. I really cannot thank them enough for all the help and support they have given us over the last 7/8 months. Whenever we have needed to change certain items in our policy they have always done their best to find the best solution for our needs. I would never hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Very stressful and unhelpful when setting up, especially for a first time driver, unclear about what to do to insure the car and when the car has been insured, sent lots of emails which went to my spam so I didn't receive them until it was too late, black box was not delivered at the agreed time so I wasted a day and all that stood out for me was how much they would charge me for this that and the other. Very stressed out and unhappy with service. NOT CLEAR AT ALL!!!

As a first time driver, I wasn't sure about having a black box in my car but these guys explained it all and made it really simple. Really cheap price with helps Thanks Autosaint......one happy boy! ;-)

Avoid at all costs. Customer service is awful. They will expect you to organise everything over the phone. Good luck with that! It will on average take you a minimum of an hour to get through every time you call. Then the staff cannot answer your questions or organise anything. They always put you on hold to ask a manager or some other excuse. The whole experience is totally unprofessional. The fca should shut companies like these down for the protection of first time drivers and young people. Do yourself a favour look elsewhere for a reputable insurance company, this is not the answer for cheap insurance!

They enticed my daughter in with cheapish insurance on provisional licence, once she had passed after 8 months they hit her with massive price increase. I contacted them after my daughter passed at approximately 8 months into her poilicy to find the fee for the remaining 4 months. It was an additional £685 on top of the £145 credit she had from the remaining policy. So the whole policy would be £2500 for a ford Ka, i could get her a whole year's insurance with 4 other companies for the same price as they charged for 4 months. This company draw you in with a cheap provisional policy price then once passed increase the policy premium to an excessive amount so that you have no option but to cancel the policy and go elsewhere. I asked to cancel the policy and expected a refund of the remaining time( the policy is calculated on a daily basis), with a nominal cancellation fee, so she should have got £145 , however Autosaint hit her with a £53 cancellation fee and the broker hit her with a similar one. In the end she only got a refund of £33 out of £145, What a rip off don't go with this broker of insurance company. All they want you to do is cancel so they can hit you with exaggerated fees to keep your balance. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF, NOONE CAN BE ANY WORSE.

as above , they cancelled my daughters insurance and we have to wait up to 30 days to be refunded she paid the annual fee what a pist taker apparantly they cant insure her away from home as she stayed at her boyfriends but guess what the search engine says they can, i contacted them about this on the 5th july 2019 i had no response back it it MORETHAN they told us they will inform database she's not insured ??? well she is you idiots
