I would say that ASDA are easily one of the better insurance companies around, I had been looking at price comparison sites and ASDA were consistently one of the more reasonable, I have had no problems with them at all, they even contacted my previous insurance for my NCD proof, the only thing I had to do was send a copy of my driving licence, they even supply a phone number to send your proof via text message, from start to receiving my documents in the post just 5 days and that includes a weekend and confirmation that my NCD proof and copy of my driving licence had been received, i'm not sure why some people have had problems with ASDA but can only say that I'm totally happy with the service so far, I have had insurance with the bigger insurance companies in the past including Admiral, Direct Line, More Than and Swintons and can honestly say that they could learn a lot from ASDA
