bought car insurance on far so good.when the documents arrived they were for a tottaly different car.the only think right was my name and e-mail address.i phoned customer services,well i tried,after being on hold for nearly 2.5 hours,i tried any option to get to talk to a human voice.when i finally did i was told it was all my mistake.almost another hour of being put on hold again i thought i finally cracked it and was promised my new documents would be in the post soon.but when they arrived more mch more do i have to indure before asda get it right.i was hoping for a goodwill gesture on there part,but next year i will not be renewing my insurance with my health is more important then asda car insurance
