I had an accident on the 23 June ,it's 4 July today & I'm still waiting for my replacement Car. It's so frustrating after agreeing to pay £15 for the service charge which is unfair & £60 for the access (insurance). Totalling £75 . I was told I would be getting the similar car at time of the registration but it completely changed when it's come to the delivery. I had to wait almost 2 days to complete the online registration due to technical fault, staff had no clue how to resolve the issue.
I was surprised when they have offered me mini copper for my Audi A4, when I questioned they simply said they had no other car and no staff to deliver where they are charging £80 for the delivery and pick up.
They can't help when you need the most rather they misguided me with wrong statements made to me . I called them at least 25 times & at point I was almost broke into tears. Iminformed them over the phone about the treatment I received & I would be writing the reviews and making a complaint .
Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company, you need to make sure that your insurer are not using them otherwise you are stuck
