No one likes having an accident — even more annoying when it was someone else's carelessness. But out of misery came real help: AlbanyAssistance lives up to its name! The complexities of repairs, a replacement car, etc were handled with speed, care and understanding. I am truly impressed. And while I don't ever want to have to deal with them again — no more accidents please — it's deeply reassuring to know that such service and support is immediately to hand. Well done AlbanyAssistance!
