I had a car crash far away from home and Albany initially refused to take it into a service centre, even though this is what I pay for, stating it was 'too far away'. Only 4 days later was it taken in for assessment, meaning that there has been a delay in receiving a courtesy car. I am currently having to pay for a hire car due to living in a rural location and there has been no offer to reimburse this. In addition staff were not willing to communicate with my insurance company, meaning I had to go back and forth, passed from pillar to post, speaking to various call centre staff who neither cared re the situation or who were of any help. Terrible all round.
